Mod fcgid installation

Execute following commands:

cd /usr/src/
wget http://www.kolmisoft.com/files/packages/mod_fcgid.1.09.tar.gz
tar -xzf mod_fcgid.1.09.tar.gz
cd mod_fcgid.1.09
rm -fr Makefile
touch Makefile

For Debian:

Errors

Makefile:9: /usr/share/httpd/build/special.mk: No such file or directory

File special.mk is in different location. Execute:

locate special.mk

It can show:

/usr/lib/httpd/build/special.mk
/usr/lib64/httpd/build/special.mk
