Tell balance

This function let's hear balance of the account. Account holder can be user or card.

It is possible to hear balance i n different currency and language.

First MOR tries to find user by accountcode, then by CallerID using ANI, later it asks for PIN if previous methods fail.

MOR asks for Card PIN if card balance should be told.

Milliwatt

Generate a Constant 1000Hz tone at 0dbm (mu-law) - good for testing line quality for loss-packets.
