I cannot see Menu

1. Make sure that Menu is not hidden - there is "Hide menu" icon on the top right corner. Click on it.
2. Check if html code is OK:
If you cannot see an icon described in 1 possible solution, enter this URL to your web browser:
http://<you_server_ip>/billing/functions/settings
and check if html code is correct in "Copyright Title:" field.
When html code is fixed please logout and login again. The problem should be gone.
