A. No, it is not possible. It is possible to ask only PIN, without NUMBER: PIN + #.
Q. Can I modify the first page of the CCSHOP to include some other information or links to the rate list for each card, for example?
A. Ruby On Rails knowledge is necessary to do that. Also custom changes will be overwritten on next system update.
