Description
This report shows a real-time distribution of Active Calls between the Terminators.
Usage
Go to REPORTS –> Active Calls –> Terminator Active Calls:
The report table lists all the Terminators that currently have Active Calls, shows their IP Address, Number of Calls currently going via each Terminator, Number of Answered Calls, Calls Limit (Capacity) set for the Terminator, and Free Lines (Calls Limit – Total Calls).
Note: Functionality is available for the System Admin and Managers with an Active Calls permission (see more: Managers).
