Question:
I've DIDs with Voxbone, they send the URI using ext@sip.server.
It's OK for receive calls, but I need to know how I can use this system for redirect to a Calling Card Dial Plan.
Answer:
When you configure your Calling Card Dial Plan (DP) - you should assign it to some DID.
Let's say your Calling Card DP DID is 12345, then configure your Voxbone DID to call to: 12345@sip.server where sip.server is your servers' IP or hostname.
NOTE: 12345 is an EXAMPLE!!! - DO NOT CREATE 12345 as your DID - make some real one!
Make sure you have Voxbone configured properly in your system.
