In order to change one or more voice prompts for dial plan you need to:
1. Create new Language:
Go to SETTINGS -> Billing -> DIDs -> IVR -> Voices
Click "New Voice" at the top of page;
Enter "Short Name" for your language;
Click "Create".
2. Upload your files:
Click Edit icon on your new language;
Click "New Sound File";
Click "Choose file";
Find your sound file and click "Open";
Name of your sound file MUST match name of default sound file ! List of all sound files can be found here
Click "Upload file" to upload file;
Repeat actions from step "Click "New Sound File"" if you want to change more that one sound file.
3. Assign your new language to DID which is assigned to dial plan:
Go to SETTINGS -> Billing -> DIDs;
Click Edit icon on DID which is assigned to dial plan;
Enter name of your language in "Language:" field;
Click "Change".
