- Check if /var/lib/asterisk/agi-bin/mor.conf DB connection settings match the ones in /etc/asterisk/mor.conf
- Check if Fax device which receives FAX has Emails in his EDIT window (in MOR GUI)
- Make sure your email password in SETTINGS - Email does not have special symbols in it. Use ONLY latin letters and digits. Fax sending script does not like special symbols and fax will not be sent over email if your password will look weird.
- NOTE: Test Email from GUI may work, but Fax sending will not work with weird passwords.
- Upgrade your installation, email sending script sendEmail had a bug which is fixed.
- Fax2email logs raw command used to send email in /var/log/mor/fax2email.log . Try to run command in bash manually and check for errors.
