M4 Calls per Hour

Description

This page shows statistics of calls grouped first by days, then users, then hours and then by prefixes.

Who can access the page?

Admin and Manager.

Usage

Go to Reports –> Calls Per Hour




You can Refine the search results by providing an intended time period, an Originator, an Origination point, a Terminator and a Termination point, Prefix




Besides Calls date, number of Attempted Calls, Answered Calls, Duration of calls made during the specific day/user/hour/prefix, Average Retries, you can also check and ASR/ACD information.



You will not see days here that have no calls.
