To become a telecom operator you need a General Public Electronic Communication License.
There are 2 departments in Italy :
- Rome
- Naples
After request to get a license is submitted, response is provided in ~60 days (time depends on requests made in the same period).
Price of a license is €600,00/year (for every switching server).
