Which time in DID is billed?
Let's imagine we have a call consisting of the following parts:
Here:
- A is when a call hits DID and is answered; this happens when the system asks for the DID and plays a message or something similar.
- B is when the call is sent to a Provider.
- C is when the call is answered by the final user.
Then:
- DID billable time is A - End.
- Normal call billable time is C - End.
- B - End is Call Duration.
- C - End is Call Billsec.
