SYSTEM ERROR. CODE 223. Provider call limit reached. Providers cannot terminate more calls.
Increase this limit in his settings to allow provider terminate more calls at the same time.

E.g. Not possible to send more calls through this Provider.
In order to avoid this message - increase limit of simultaneous calls for Provider in his EDIT window.
