Can I configure two network interfaces in MOR: one with a Public IP for providers and another with a Local IP for clients?
Yes, MOR supports one Local and one Public IP address.
If you need multiple IP addresses, you should use a multi-server solution with multiple Asterisk servers, where each Asterisk server would have its own Local and Public IP address.
