| This page will explain Calls from Admin and from User perspective in two contexts: Statistics pages and Last Calls page.
| |
| | |
| == In Statistics Pages ==
| |
| From Admin account in various Statistics pages (for example, '''Statistcs->Aggregates''', '''Statistics->Call per Hour''') there is a section (or checkbox) named '''from User Perspective'''. User's perspective shows calls how they look then you log in as end-user. For example, suppose there are 3 providers in an LCR. Let's say the user made a call and the first two providers failed, while call connected on the third one. If you login to MOR as Admin, you will see 3 calls, two failed and one connected, this is Admin perspective. If you login as a simple user who made that call, you will see one connected call, this is a User's perspective. In this example, call attempts, failed calls count and ASR will be different from Admin and from User perspective.
| |
| | |
| == In Last Calls Page ==
| |
| When a user makes a call, this call (a CDR) can be viewed and searched either from the Admin account (from Admin perspective) or from User's account (from User perspective). The following differences can be observed:
| |
| * The same as in statistics pages, if there are several attempts in Admin's LCR, from Admin Perspective all call attempts will be shown, while from User perspective only one record will be shown - either for a connected call or one failed call.
| |
| * Call date will be displayed in Admin's Timezone from Admin Perspective, while from User perspective call date will de displayed in that User's timezone.
| |
| * Call duration can be displayed differently as explained [[Mismatch_between_Admin_and_User_perspective_stats|here]].
