Mismatch between Admin and User perspective stats

Internally MOR users two fields in database and calculations - billsec and user_billsec, and these fields can be different if there is minimal time or increment other than default in user settings. When searching specific user's calls from Admin perspective, billsec value is displayed, when you you check calls logged as user, user_billsec is displayed.
