If it is Provider - then contact provider for further investigation; | |||
If it is Originator - then check originating side equipment; | |||
If it is MOR who sends first BYE packets, then MOR call logs needs to be checked on same [[Call Info]] page. |

PROBLEM
Call hangs after 60 seconds
SOLUTION
Check SIP trace of call in Call Info page and find out who first sends BYE packet.
If it is Provider - then contact provider for further investigation;
If it is Originator - then check originating side equipment;
If it is MOR who sends first BYE packets, then MOR call logs needs to be checked on same Call Info page.
