- If call duration is less than Grace Time, it will not be accounted
- Please notice, if you set minimum time to 0 it does NOT mean that calls will not be billed. It means that calls will be billed in the usual way, for example a 30s call will be counted as 30s.
Example:
Grace Time = 3s, call duration <= 3s, then price for the call = 0
P.S.:
- Grace time can be edited in device and default device settings.
- Currently there is no way to apply a single gracetime to reseller calls through admin (including reseller
users). Gracetime can work only on user calls or on provider settings. There is no way to set grace time
for reseller billing from admin side.
