We have noticed that some customers receive "RTCP Read to short" message. Solutions:
a) Try switching from GSM to ulaw or alaw codecs.
b) Your network is under heavy load, try to reducing network load and see if you still get that message.
c) Switch to another PSTN provider.
d) This message could appear if you are using Linksys PAP2-NA or Linksys PAP2-T with G729 codec.
