SYSTEM ERROR. CODE 208. System cannot make more calls. This means that the system has reached the maximum calls allowed at the same time. To remove the limit, please buy the full version of the system. For more information, please consult the online manual at wiki.kolmisoft.com
MOR has reached the call limit, which is hardcoded.
This is due to licensing issues, or to a hardcoded limit for the server to prevent it from crashing under a huge load.
Check active calls in Asterisk CLI with command:
core show channels
