Call is dropped as duplicate call. This hangup cause code prevents you from duplicate calls.
It happens when two or more calls are send from the same User account with the same Caller ID and Destination Number.
Example User account "Test" initiated two simultaneous calls from Caller ID 11111111111 to destination 222222222222. Both Calls will be dropped.
