This is new service which is provided to the Clients with Support Plan.
Each day Database backup is uploaded to Amazon S3 Cloud Storage thus keeping your data safe in case of failure.
Currently there is no way Client can download backup himself, only Kolmisoft staff can do it.
Currently there is not possible to view the backup status by Client, only Kolmisoft staff can do it. (it will be changed in the future).
