If you see following error in Asterisk CLI:
WARNING[21006]: chan_sip.c:9201 check_auth: username mismatch, have <1005>, digest has <40060>
It means that call from "40060" comes with callerID "1005" which is different extension on your system.
To resolve the problem, you need to send "40060" as callerID.
