Q. I have a problem with rerating, it seems to be not working I have tried to rerate a user's CDR but not working even if you leave blank Testing option.
A. If calls are billed correctly and rates are the same - rerating changes nothing. In order to test rerating - change tariff/rate for these calls/user. Only then rerating will make changes.
