In MOR/Opensips:
To resolve this problem, following line should be added to /usr/local/etc/opensips/opensips.cfg :

 disable_503_translation = yes

In M2/Kamailio:
Add the following line in /usr/local/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg in  tm params section:
 modparam("tm", "remap_503_500", 0)

 service kamailio restart

Return to Proxy converts SIP HGC 503 to 500.
