Sometimes users are blocked automatically

Users are blocked by alert. To check which alert is blocking. Go to alert list location : http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/billing/alerts/list. Replace xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx with your servers IP adress).

If this Alert is not needed for you, you can disable or delete it. You can also check why Users are blocked using Action Log (Reports -> Action Log).
