    • When it happens
    • Upon which conditions
    • Which number is dialed/To which number is dialed
    • Which user/device/provider/did/etc is/are used
    • ETC - as many details as possible
  • If problem is with some file - attach file or send it over email
  • Complete Asterisk CLI output regarding problematic call (if problem is with dialing)

  • SSH root password
  • MySQL root or mor password and access to phpmyadmin
