Dynamic Blacklist Functionality

Description

Blacklists functionality gives you an ability to define a Provider as Blacklist Provider. This Provider works like any other Provider in MOR system. MOR reroutes all the calls that have a score of more than a defined threshold, to this Blacklist Provider.

Configuration

You can manage

• Global settings in ADDONS –> Monitorings –> Settings
• Single User settings in User Details
