2) reduce rate in provider tariff. | |||
3) allow call loss for user. | |||

SYSTEM ERROR. CODE 224. Provider skipped because his rate his higher when user rate.
System saves system owner from taking loss from such call when self cost is higher when sell price.
Call Tracing is best tool to troubleshoot this problem. For more info consult online manual at wiki.kolmisoft.com
The solutions are:
1) make rate for that destination higher in user tariff. 2) reduce rate in provider tariff. 3) allow call loss for user.
Users' rate for call is lower then Providers'.
MOR does not allow to take loss by default.
To allow such call you should change Allow loss calls setting for user.
