Hi,

I was trying to understand the concept. But little confused. So, here are my questions -

 1. If I have to create user who needs PBX, should I create him in the PBX or on MOR
    Answer:
You need to create user in pbx with his own realm where will be all this user's devices and users
You need to create one user in MOR for one PBX pool (realm) all calls from this pbx will be billed by this user tariffs.

 2. If I have to create the user at both places - how to link them?
    Answer:
Pbx will be authorized on mor by creating virtual device , and adding CLI to this device with type by domain.
Domain must be taken from Pbx user (realm like xxx.pbx.kolmisoft.com)

 3. If we need to have multiple extensions(devices) under the user, where should we create them - MOR or PBX or both?
    Answer:
No , all devices from one realm on PBX will make calls between internally in pbx with extensions or numbers from pbx.
Outgoing calls will be authorized like descripted in section .
 4. We have been setting up a lot of integrations on Web and Mobile. How does it work now for checking balance, call list, user creation, payments, rate checking? Do we need to use the PBX APIs or we can still use the MOR APIs?
     Answer:
Single users in mor must be left in mor
Pbx usually used for small companies offices and all users in pbx , do not need check his balance, for all PBX calls must pay company which is using PBX
All employees simple use PBX functionality
 5. Where do the user register from a mobile app if he wants to do a conference - MOR or PBX?
How to setup and create a conference call?
  Answer:
Pbx user must be registered on PBX
Mor user must be registered on MOR
conference call possible only in one realm zone if it PBX , conference between PBX device and mor device is not possible

p.s. Our PBX it is like Panasonic Telephony station , can be interconnected with mor and can make calls abroad , also receive calls from outside.
direct call to the device or user , can be made only by Direct DID number , or DID number routed to the IVR
calls between PBXes possible only by DID or MAIn number .
