Invoice by CallerID does not include Incoming calls

Incoming call - call comes from outside and rings device configured on MOR.
Outgoing call - call from device which is configured on MOR goes to outside destination or DID number which is configured on MOR.
Invoice by CallerId includes only outgoing calls.
Example
User A (with callerID 112233 on his softphone) rings to any destination. Next day, user A (with callerID 445566 on his softphone) rings to another destination.
User A will get Invoice by CallerID with following details:
112233 1 call
445566 1 call
Now, if someone from outside dials to User A device, these calls will be not be included to Invoice by CallerID.
