Dial local is not connecting

When you assign a PBX function Dial local to a DID number, and you dial DID, enter the extension and the call is not connected

make the following checks:

• Check if device is registered to MOR (to the extension you are dialling)
• Make sure the you do not play such sound files as "please enter the number which you want to call" from the DID settings
• The sound file must be played from the Dial Local PBX functionality
