You can ignore it easily as Asterisk is connected to MySQL without problems:

Testing

To check or Asterisk is connected to database login to your server over ssh and put this command into terminal: 

asterisk -vvrx 'realtime mysql status'


Connected to mor@127.0.0.1, port 3306 with username mor for 6 days, 3 hours, 30 minutes, 15 seconds.

If you see Connected to mor@127.0.0.1 or another IP than 127.0.0.1 it means that Asterisk is connected to database successful.
