Kolmisoft provides personalized training to explain how to use Kolmisoft system and perform specific actions, e.g.:

  • Add provider
  • Configure LCR
  • Upload tariff
  • Generate calling cards
  • Configure IVR
  • etc.

Price of training is 100 EUR/h and it's usually done online by Skype with screen-sharing, video and audio.

It's also possible to organize on-site training at client's office or Kolmisoft office.

Before scheduling training time we need to agree:

  • On whose system training will be done
  • Training scenario and goals
  • Training time
