Debian

apt-get install mime-construct

Centos/Fedora

cd /usr/src
wget http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/R/RO/ROSCH/mime-construct-1.9.tar.gz
tar xzvf mime-construct-1.9.tar.gz
cd /usr/src/mime-construct-1.9
perl Makefile.PL
make install
