Previous versions of MOR (prior to MOR 9) divided calls into Outgoing and Incoming.

Starting from version 9 there are no more such classification.

The reason to this is that calls in MOR can be 3 types:

  1. Outgoing (Local Device calls outside over some Provider)
  2. Incoming (Call comes into the system over DID to Local Device)
  3. Incoming+Outgoing (when somebody dials INTO the system over DID and dials out FROM the system: Calling Cards, IVRs, ANI/PIN, etc)

That is why there is no logic to divide calls into Outgoing/Incoming anymore.
