View source for I cannot set Start,End Day and Time when adding subscription to a user

From newest versions of MOR it is possible to set Year and Month of Subscription start and end. 

The subscription begin to be activated from the first day of Month at 00:00 and finished on the last day of the Month at 23:59. These changes were made due to major reasons.
