Which time in DID is billed?

Let's imagine we have a call consisting of the following parts:

Here:

  • A is when a call hits DID and is answered; this happens when the system asks for the DID and plays a message or something similar.
  • B is when the call is sent to a Provider.
  • C is when the call is answered by the final user.

Then:

  • DID billable time is A - End.
  • Normal call billable time is C - End.
  • B - End is Call Duration.
  • C - End is Call Billsec.
