It has been reported, when system moves to another time (summer <-> winter) asterisk still using old time, even when time is changed in system itself. Solution: make sure you have a right time running, by copying correct zoneinfo file from /usr/share/zoneinfo/ to /etc/localtime (example: 'cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Vilnius /etc/localtime' will switch system time to "Europe/Vilnius").
