Description
Rate Effective from date defines the period when this Rate is active, it can be imported just for Wholesale Provider Tariff and Wholesale User Tariff.
Import procedure assumes that time in CSV file is in your account's time-zone.
To avoid confusion future and old rates are shown in gray color and active rates is black.
Old rates can be removed from system automatically. To enable it, please set value in SETTINGS > Setups > Settings > Functionality > Delete outdated Rates after.
