register_verify: Peer 'XXX' is not dynamic (from 201.202.203.204)
Means that peer XXX is trying to register, but in settings his host is not dynamic, e.g. host = some ip.
Solution:
Set host = dynamic for this peer
or
Disable registering on this peer
