MOR server is sending a SIP response, but the originating server is not receiving it

  • Make sure response is sent to correct IP address and Port;
  • If you see the response in SIP trace, means it is already passed server's firewall (iptables), so the problem is not here (tcpdump and wireshark capture outbound packets after they pass iptables).
  • If none of the above points to problems within the server, then you have to trace packets along the rest of the network between server and originator.
