I have a problem with Payments

Payments missing in menu:
Statistics -> Finances
This usually happens if you create a new user with initial balance.
Such action is not considered as a manual, thus does not appear in the Payments or Finances reports.\
Payments are not shown in users menu:
Make sure reseller or admin is not making manual payments.
In end user menu users can only see the payments they make them selves not the payments that admin/reseller makes.
