IVR option Dial Extension

Dial Extension allows to call local extension directly if the caller knows it.

Dial Extension option is available from MOR X12.

IVR Random Play Setup Example

This is an example how to configure such setup:

  • User calls to a DID number.
  • User hears a sound file (e.g. some add), which is randomly selected from several uploaded sound files. (Optional)
  • After the sound file is played, user can dial any local extension.
  • Invalid extension IVR - This IVR will be played if user entered invalid extension. If no Invalid extension IVR is selected and user enters invalid extension, MOR will try to call outside.
  • if no extension is entered, then call goes to "t" extension set on the block.
