Device is not receiving video

  • Make sure you have videosupport=yes in device's settings
  • Make sure you selected appropriate video codecs in device's settings
  • Make sure in sip.conf you have:
[general]
videosupport=yes
  • Try to update your softphone, check if video calls are working from another computer
