Create new Ticket in Ticket System

In order to use http://support.kolmisoft.com support system you must get your login credentials from our sales: business@kolmisoft.com. Kolmisoft forum (http://forum.kolmisoft.com) login credentials are not valid to login to support.kolmisoft.com Please note that receiving assistance via support system is exclusively for clients.


Go to http://support.kolmisoft.com and enter your login/password to login:

Then from menu TICKETS press on Tickets and Add new ticket:

Fill all fields which are marked and press on Create:

And you will see your newly created ticket:
