312 means Caller canceled the call while call was in pre-Answer state/ringing.
If you like to investigate this further, you need to know the reason why Originator hangs up the call. Maybe its just destinations which Originators dials do no answer call for long time. Or maybe its a long PDD and Originator hangs up the call as it does not get ringing signal.
