Subscription troubleshooting

1. Check current user balance type (postpaid/prepaid). Postpaid users are charged for last month. Prepaid users are charged for upcoming month.
2. For blocked users subscription is not applicable.
3. If user type is prepaid check SETTINGS -> Setup -> Settings -> Various -> Do not allow prepaid user balance drop below zero if setting enabled user balance can
drop below zero he is not blocked, but user can not make calls while his balance is negative.
