Postpaid logic

Postpaid users by default can go into minus balance.
However, if you set a credit limit, a postpaid User will not be able to make more calls when the limit is reached.
Current call will be cut when credit limit will be reached.
NOTE: This logic is applied only if there is only one simultaneous Call at a time. If there are more then 1 (one) sim. Calls then Calls will be NOT cut.
