MOR compatible Linux distributions

Starting from MOR 0.7 the only supported distro is Centos, we no longer supporting Debian and others.

Keep in mind, that OS should be clean before installing MOR.

In order to install MOR on the server - server should be as clean as possibe - e.g. no additional packets installed, just bare minimum.
No Asterisk, no Apache, no MySQL - nothing, just minimal set of packets for system to start.

SSH is necessary to connect!
