These settings will be applied to new, manually created Connection Points (devices).
This means that if you enter some special settings here and later go on to create a new Connection Point for a user, the Connection Point will have these settings preset.
Where to find Default Connection Point settings
Go to MAINTENANCE -> Settings -> Default Connection Point
